From dinner last night . . .
Apparently this is a common desert food in Changsha (and dare I say all of China? I’m not sure).
You pick up a piece and then dunk it/dip it in the bowl of water that comes with it to help with all the drippy tangly gooeyness that hangs off each piece . . .
The taste is pretty good once you get past any preconceived cultural norms you might have about how potatoes are not usually all covered in gooey sugar, lol.
