A few days ago I went for a 3 hour walk with my camera and took a lot of pictures . . .
I saw this huge hospital (you can see the name in the picture) and took a couple shots.
The buildings look pretty modern, but I have to wonder what the conditions and quality of treatment are like inside–some of the stories I’ve read on the Net suggest, no, state that for expats in China we should always go to a private clinic and pay more if we expect to get the same kind of hospital experience we have in our home countries.
Anyways, another thing I noticed was that there were a lot of people sitting outside the hospital on the grass in small groups and pairs. I guess that family and friends visiting must take their friend/family member outside to talk and spend time together . . . that, or the waiting rooms must be VERY crowded–I donno.
