Actually, lol, mom isn’t controlling the baby but she is driving the car.
I saw this a week ago while going to pay my cell phone bill.
It’s probably a good thing that mom is driving cause they were rolling around on a side street that has a fair amount of foot traffic, and scooters and cars go up and down it too.
Anyways, definitely a funny memory for me.
